Bader Almansour is a Kuwaiti multidisciplinary artist specialized in conceptual art and sculpture. He’s been a pioneer of recycled art in GCC since 1997, and his work touches on society, environment, and history resulting in new configurations.
The artist’s artwork made entirely from the scrap metals sourced from recycling and e-waste materials, as he took his art outdoors sculptural installation in public parks in Kuwait. More than his role in presenting many lectures on environmental and sociopolitical views, his artworks proceeds went to the cultural organizations as Sadu House to support the community throughout his work.
Quotes:
“I rely mainly on the notion, not the craft nor the skill, therefore, I reallocate discarded elements to a sensible piece of art and give it a new value and new identity.“
